Understanding our refund guidelines and how to request a refund
Vehicle history reports are digital goods that are delivered instantly, so Full Report purchases (GH₵500) are generally non-refundable once the report has been delivered. We do, however, issue refunds for failed deliveries, duplicate charges, and technical errors that prevent you from accessing your report. Please read this policy carefully to understand when refunds may be granted.
When you purchase a vehicle history report on CarCheki, you are paying for a digital report that is generated and delivered to your account instantly. Because reports are delivered automatically, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically guaranteed once a report has been delivered.
